Though she couldn’t attend in person, her heartfelt acceptance, recorded on camera, was a testament to her warmth and humility. That moment remains a cherished memory, a reminder of how deeply she valued her artistry and the fans who uplifted her.

From her early days in The Sequence to her solo triumphs with Black Diamond and Mahogany Soul, Angie redefined contemporary R&B.
